Love this cookbook! Cheech makes you feel like you’re one of the family and you’re staying for supper. My mouth was salivating as I flipped through the pages trying to decide on what to cook first! I came across his Chicken Scarpariello recipe…that dish holds a dear spot for me in the memory of my father Joseph, so I think I’ll start with that one.
